Welcome!

You have found the home of the Colorado Prehistoric Sports Racer (PSR) series. This is an unofficial, fun series for those with cars now uncompetitive at a national level. It began with a tongue-in-cheek joke from Bill Maisey calling our cars "prehiSTOHRic Sports Racers".

Our goal is to run the series as a year-long championship with the same group of cars competing at the same events, with an emphasis on fun, controlled spending, and, um, fun.

We're trying to take some of the seriousness out of racing and put the amusement back in, just like in the good ol' days that Grandpa is always ranting about. Let's see if he has a point!

2008.11.04 - PSR Wants YOU!  
Next season is shaping up to have another strong field of entries for PSR. If you are thinking about joining the fun in a CSR or DSR to run with us, drop us a line! There are almost always good cars available in the $20-30K range, which are perfect for PSR competition. Need a hand getting started in the class, just let us know!

2008.11.04 
The season was a somewhat aborted one, due to race cancellations and track availability problems, but we've tallied up the results from the four race weekends (eight races) this year, and we have a winner! (well, kinda...)

We've published the site to have a common place to put our various PSR info. 2008 is a test season for the PSR rule set that we've developed.
